The
EPP-ED Group in the European Parliament is seeking to recruit ADMINISTRATORS
(m/f)of Hungarian or Polish language (grade A*5)
The
Parliamentary Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats) and
European Democrats (EPP-ED Group) in the European Parliament is opening the
procedure for filling posts of administrators as temporary agents (A*5) for
its Secretariat in Brussels.
Responsibilities:
to assist all EPP-ED Members in the carrying out of tasks which, within the
context of organisation of the Group, may include: participation in the
legislative work of parliamentary committees, drawing up of politically and
technically coherent parliamentary positions in the fields of activity of
the European Union, management, organisation and follow-up of meetings,
information and communication tasks, and any other activity necessary for
the successful operation of the Group.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed their university studies of at least three
years attested by an officially recognised diploma, and they must have at
least two years' graduate-level professional experience, acquired after
their university degree;
Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of one of these languages:
Hungarian or Polish. A good knowledge of two of the following languages is
required: English, French or German. Knowledge of other official languages
of the European Union will be taken into account.
Skills:
The candidates must have excellent organisational skills, must be highly
motivated and dynamic, ready to travel, and have the capacity for teamwork
in a multicultural environment. The duties also require a good knowledge of
the European Institutions and the political systems within the European
Union.
